On Tuesday, I took a tour of Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum Brewery. It's a small local brewery in San Jose, currently brewing some pale ales and a cider with the plan to brew a fruity beer next. It's also...drum roll please...Alejandro's brewery!!@!1 That's right, TDTD Brew is currently in Dro's parents' basement with the potential to move to a house of its own quite soon. He's got two huge glass jug things, syphoning tools, and a million bottles and growlers. I don't understand how it all works, and even when he explained it very slowly and carefully, I mostly nodded my head and pretended to get it. If you think that's cool, check this out: he has a legit bottle capper to cap his own bottles and he's making labels too. The best part? He's a teacher, so he's GETTING PAID TO HOMEBREW.
